What is Async Care?

Healthcare doesn't always require a waiting room or a scheduled video call. Asynchronous care is a straightforward way to get medical treatment by sharing your symptoms with a provider through a secure form.

What We Treat

Our providers can help with common, non-emergency conditions. If your symptoms suggest you need an in-person exam, we will let you know.

-Ears: Outer ear infection

-Nose & Sinuses: Sinusitis, congestion, and post-nasal drip.

-Throat: Sore throat or pharyngitis.

-Eyes: Pink eye (conjunctivitis) and associated irritation.

-Chest & Cold: Common cold, cough, COVID-19 and influenza.

-STI Treatment: Safe and discreet.

Note: For your safety, we cannot treat patients who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding through this platform.
