This service is available to adults ages 18–64 who meet the clinical criteria for treatment. If you are enrolled in Medicare, you may not use Zalud Health for medical services that are covered by your Medicare plan. Federal regulations limit our ability to provide these services to patients enrolled in this program. We recommend seeking care from a provider who participates in your health plan. Eligibility may also depend on your symptoms, medical history, and the severity of your condition. If online care isn’t appropriate for you, your provider will let you know and recommend the appropriate next steps.
You will receive a response from a provider within 4 business hours, though it is often much faster. Our medical business hours are 8 am - 8 pm CST, 7 days a week.
If the provider determines that medication is necessary for your recovery, they will send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy. Please note that Zalud provides the medical consultation and prescription; you will pay for and pick up the physical medication at your pharmacy.
No, we offer a flat $39 consultation fee to keep care accessible for everyone. If you have insurance, please present it at your local pharmacy to pick up your prescription.

Yes. To ensure patient safety and maintain medical standards, we require a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) for every consultation request.
To ensure the highest quality of care, each consultation is dedicated to one primary concern (e.g., a sinus infection). If you have an additional concern related to anything we treat, please bring it up to your clinician via your chat within the patient dashboard.
If your provider determines that you need to see a specialist or seek emergency care instead, we’re happy to provide a full refund for your visit.
